When to Schedule Your Maternity Session
Most maternity sessions photograph beautifully between 28 and 34 weeks. That’s typically the sweet spot for a defined bump and comfortable posing.
If you’re unsure about timing, I’ll help you choose the best date based on your body, comfort, and the look you want.
What to Wear
Wardrobe matters, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’ll guide you on what photographs best and what fits your style.
Many clients choose a mix of:
a fitted dress that highlights the bump
something soft and minimal
something more intimate and artistic
If you’re drawn to a tasteful fine art nude look, that can be included as well.
Fine Art Nude Maternity
Nude maternity is not about being exposed. It’s about shape, light, and artistry.
This option is private, guided, and carefully posed and lit. Many clients choose it because it feels powerful, timeless, and beautifully minimal.
Including Your Partner or Family
If you’d like to include your partner or children, we can absolutely do that. I’ll guide everyone so the images feel connected, flattering, and intentional.
You don’t need a partner who “loves photos.” You just need a few minutes of participation. I’ll handle the rest.

After Your Session
Your image reveal and ordering appointment happens the same day as your session.
You’ll view your images privately and select your favorites. From there, you can choose digital images, albums, and artwork designed to be printed and enjoyed, not forgotten on a screen.
